We have an easy three-step process that will get your equipment fixed and returned quickly. Just download and complete our mail-in repair form, and then mail your device to us. Make sure that you remove your SIM card and chargers. We only require the actual phone or laptop device. We will ensure you still receive the same highly-skilled repair service that we offer locally.
The Mail-in Repairs Process
Once we receive your shipment, an experienced technician will contact you to explain the diagnosis and give you an estimate of the time and cost required to repair / restore your device. Upon your approval, we will get to work so that you will have minimal downtime without the gadget you love.
